Suggested 2-5kg and beyond. The heavier the weight, the more challenging the workout. You gradually increase the load over time, making sure you can maintain correct form and alignment.

This course is designed to teach the foundations of the Pilates Method, and gradually build up your strength and technique, and is an ideal introduction for anyone new to the practice. This course contains 12 classes at a kinder pace with lots of modifications (aim for 2-3 per week) and plenty of expert guidance. These foundation exercises form the building blocks of Pilates.

Classes utilise a dressing gown belt, a loop band or a long resistance band. Whilst it offers some assistance to some of the challenging moves, it adds resistance to others. Great for that bit extra reach/stretch too. Classes are available at intermediate and advanced level.
Pilates Weights
These classes incorporate 1kg hand weights into your practise. These spice up the moves a little and are a great prop to add that little bit of resistance and challenge. This will challenge your control, alignment and stability. Classes available at intermediate and advanced level.
Pilates Ball
