By accessing a Pilates39 class, whether it be via live-stream, recording or through the on-demand library, you agree that you are participating at your own risk. You are responsible for informing Pilates39 of any health conditions or injury that may affect your ability to exercise safely, or have clearance from your GP. Classes can be physically strenuous and involve the risk of injury. Always follow instructions and practice in a careful and mindful manner within safe and comfortable limits. Please listen to your body, come out of the move if it doesn’t feel right and modify where needed. You will ideally need an exercise a mat, sufficient space to move freely and no footwear please (socks or bare feet).
