Welcome back , all of the online pilates classes are split into various categories. Choose the class that best suits your experience or requirements.

6-week Foundation’s Course

The ideal introduction for anyone new to the practice. With a gentle pace and plenty of expert guidance, you’ll master the foundation exercises that form the building blocks of Pilates. 

Fundamentals

A Level 1-2 class based around the beginner/foundation Pilates moves but progressed to provide more challenge, control and stability. You will learn to master the fundamentals of Pilates with greater precision.

Impact

Take your Pilates practice to the next level. Join our Level 2-3 class for a challenging workout that integrates complex moves and builds on your foundation. Ideal for practitioners seeking a challenging and dynamic workout.

High Intensity Pilates

Sweat, Burn, and Tone with High Intensity Pilates. Incorporating 1kg hand weights to increase the intensity. This fast-paced and energetic class targets the whole body with plank variations and Pilates-style ab work. Improve your fitness and strength while burning calories and boosting your heart rate.

Stretch and flow

A 15-minute session featuring energising stretches to invigorate your body. Whether you’re starting your day or winding down after a long run, you are guided through various movements designed to improve joint health and overall well-being. Suitable for all levels.

Desk Pilates

Are you looking to relieve some of the tension and stiffness of long hours sitting at a desk? This short workout can be done right at your desk, focusing on gentle neck, shoulders, spine, and back stretches. It’s a great way to improve your posture and give your body some much-needed TLC during the workday. Suitable for all levels and a favourite for organisations that prioritise employee well-being. Beginners/Gentle Pilates

Perfect for anyone who wants a more relaxed, slower-paced workout. The focus is on gentle movements that can help improve flexibility, strength, and posture while reducing stress and tension. It’s an excellent option for beginners, or those that want to ease back into exercise.

Pilates Bands

Grab a dressing gown belt (or you can use a long resistance band) to add a different dimension to the class. Whilst it offers some assistance to some of the challenging moves, it can also be used to challenge stability depending on the class level. Great for that bit extra reach/stretch too. Classes are available in Level 1-2 and 2-3.

Pilates Weights

These classes incorporate 1kg hand weights into your practise. These spice the moves up a little and are a great prop to add that little bit of resistance and challenge. This will challenge your control, alignment and stability a little and a great way to tone those muscles too. Classes available in level 1-2 and 2-3.

Pilates Ball

Using a small Pilates ball (football sized), this is possibly one of the most challenging props when it comes to challenging your stability and control. Classes are available in Level 1-2 and 2-3. 

Express Pilates

This a 15-minute class that’s perfect for those short on time but still want to get in a quick, effective Pilates workout. This class leaves you feeling energised and invigorated, and it’s ideal for anyone who wants to fit a fast and efficient session into their busy schedule.
